A showing of your wedding gown, before alterations and fitting, can be arranged by calling us at 519-491-6933 to schedule an appointment.

Appointments

Yes, you can book an appointment with us to choose your wedding gown or decide on and order your bridesmaid dresses. This will ensure that your allotted time is devoted to you and your bridal party exclusively.

Walk-ins are welcome. We are staffed and ready for all customers who walk into our store to try on and select their wedding gown. We strive to make choosing your wedding gown a happy experience, so please bring your mother, a bridal attendant or someone whose opinion you value to help with your selection.

Cancellations

If you are unable to make it to your appointment, please call 519-491-6933 and we will be happy to set up another time that is convenient for you.

Parking

  • There is 2hr parking on Christina N. Street in front of our store.

  • There is a paid parking lot across from the Imperial Theater which is down the street from our store.

Dress Alterations

All alterations are by appointment only.

For dresses purchased with us or from other stores, we offer full in-store alteration services performed by our experienced and very detail oriented seamstress.

Our Store Policy

  1. Balance must be paid by cash, debit or credit card - No cheques accepted.

  2. Off-the-rack dresses are sold as is and full payment is required before any alterations can be completed.

  3. No Refunds, No Exchanges and No Cancellations once a new order has been placed.

  4. Payment plans can be arranged; however, a 50% deposit is required to order.

  5. Balance of payment is due when the ordered dress arrives.

Ordering Time

Please be advised that it takes approximately 6 months from the time of wedding dress order until pick up and approximately 3 months for bridesmaids, mothers, evening wear and prom dresses. This timeframe may vary among various designers and it includes time for alterations. There are also rush delivery options available for a fee to accelerate the order which can cut down the delivery time to some extent.
