Walk-ins are welcome when there isn’t a scheduled appointment, but if we are assisting a booked client, you may be asked to schedule or return later.

To ensure the perfect fit for your gown, professional alterations are available with an independent bridal and formal wear specialist.
Once you've found your dress, you’ll be referred to the experienced seamstress who will tailor it to your needs. This allows for personalized service and expert craftsmanship to make your dress truly yours.

We sell both made-to-order and off-the-rack dresses.
For made-to-order dresses, please be advised that wedding gown orders typically take 3 to 4 months for delivery, while mothers' and prom dresses take approximately 2-3 months. These timeframes may vary depending on the designer, and rush delivery options may be available for an additional fee.
Even if the dress is made-to-order in your size, many dresses still require alterations for a perfect fit. Please consider allowing at least 2-3 months for wedding dress alterations and 1-2 months for mothers' and prom dress alterations.
As these times are approximate and can vary based on designers and gown availability, please contact us for more details. We encourage you to plan ahead to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience for your big day!

Payment Plans: A 50% deposit is required to place an order. The remaining balance is due when your dress arrives.
Off-the-Rack Dresses: Sold as-is, with a 50% deposit required to hold the dress and the balance due at pick-up.
No Refunds, Exchanges, or Cancellations: We are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations, so please be sure you're in love with your choice!
Non-Refundable Deposits: Please note that deposits are non-refundable.
Payment Methods: We accept cash, debit, or credit card. Checks are not acceptable.

Free Parking: There is 2-hour free street parking available on Christina and Front Street.
Paid Parking: A paid parking lot is located across from the Imperial Theatre, just down the street from our store.
